I work for a municipality, can I use a Purchase Order for payment?
YES! We will gladly take a purchase order from any municipal or government agency. Simply check the box “I will send check” at check-out and we will contact you to set up an account with your purchasing department…it’s that simple. I need a quote to get approval, how do I get one quickly?
You can instantly download a quote in your shopping cart once you add all of your items. You can also email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org, or simply call 407-849-0190 and we will get a quote over to you ASAP. We can also include a W-9 for your Purchasing Department if needed.
I own a Cues wheeled crawler, what do I need in order to run TruGrit® Polymer and/or TruGrit® STEEL Wheels?
Great news!…the answer is nothing. Your stock Cues hubs that are used for the rubber wheels will work perfectly with both the TruGrit® polymer and TruGrit® STEEL wheels. Who is TruGrit?

What do we do?
Our team of expert professionals at TruGrit Traction tests, engineers, and manufactures traction products for your sewer crawlers such as gritted cleats and carbide gritted wheels in order to optimize the performance of camera transporters and self-propelled lateral reinstatement cutters in a variety of pipe types and conditions.
We understand that sewer crawler equipment can be expensive and overpriced which is why we manufacture all of our products in the United States using quality materials that surpass OEM specifications at a much lower cost to you and your business.
What is TruGrit’s return policy?
It is our goal to you get the right parts the first time. However, if you do require a replacement or need to return a product we offer an unconditional 30-day return policy on in-stock and standard order parts without restocking fees on new and unopened parts as long as you provide your transporter brand and type when you place your original order.
All items that you return must be returned in the original packaging and we cannot be responsible for parts returned in replacement packaging due to the risk of damage in transit.
