Using a Purchase Order for shipments

ONLY US municipal , public or government entities can use a purchase order upon request. For certain municipal, public, or government agencies that cannot use a credit card to place orders, we accept purchase orders. In this way, we can provide quality pipeline inspection equipment parts to anyone who needs it.

Purchase Orders will not be processed until all Accounts Payable contact information is provided so that we can provide our W9 form.
If you cannot use a credit card, TruGrit Traction will accept purchase orders
How to Submit a Purchase Order
Once you add all of your items to the shopping cart and proceed to check out, simply check the box “I will send check or purchase order,” and place your order. If you have a PO#, please include it in the notes section of the order. If you don’t have one, we will contact you for Accounts Payable information, so we can set up your account and provide a W-9 form – if required.
