Purchase Orders will not be processed until all Accounts Payable contact information is provided so that we can provide our W9 form.
If you cannot use a credit card, TruGrit Traction will accept purchase orders
For certain municipal, public, or government agencies that cannot use a credit card to place orders, we accept purchase orders so that we can provide quality pipeline inspection equipment parts to anyone who needs it.
How to Submit a Purchase Order
TruGrit Traction accepts purchase orders the same way many other companies do. Below is a basic overview on the steps to take when submitting a purchase order to us. Generally, you will need to make sure the order form contains a list of products and product #s that can be found on our product pages on this website in our online shop.
Choose a template
In many cases, your business will already have a purchase order template to use. If not, there are a variety of free templates to select from online. Once you choose one that works for you, download it and adjust any page layout features such as size, margins, and gridlines and feel free to insert your company’s information including your logo, slogan, and name. In addition, provide your contact information such as address, phone number, and email.
Insert our information
Many templates will label this section “Vendor Name”. This is where you will enter our name, address, and phone number. Similar to this section will be “Delivery Address”. This is where you will insert your delivery address and phone number. If you are unsure of any of this information, feel free to call us at (407) 900-1091.
Insert the products you wish to purchase
In this section, you will indicate which TruGrit Traction products you wish to purchase. Once you have inserted the type, quantity, and price, you will add up the total for the purchase order.
Send it off
Now that you have finished the order, you can send it off and let us take care of the rest. Please email all Purchase Orders to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be in touch ASAP.
